Schwing Salon is the only place I will go in Bangkok to get my hair done. Nikki and his staff are very professional and having someone as genuinely friendly, helpful and understanding as Nikki for a stylist makes the ‘get my hair done’ day so pleasant-no surprises, just lots of wonderful compliments on my hair from all my friends and even some strangers! I’m a red-head going gray, which is not an easy colour to work with.
An added bonus to going to Schwing to get your hair done are the wonderful restaurants near by (the Italian one was a delightful experience!) and the little bargain-friendly market that’s just down the street with such a variety of items there’s something for everyone!

After asking around for a hairdresser in Bangkok, I chose Nikki at Schwing Hair Salon. He’s wonderful. I felt totally at ease with his suggestions, so said ‘go with it’. I’m blonde (usually), and after years of bad haircuts and colour in Asia, this is NOT something I do lightly. I’m very happy with the results so will continue to be spoiled rotten by Nikki and his lovely staff.
